The 5 BEST Restaurants In The Woodlands

Ah the Woodlands Texas, Announced as the number 1 best city to live in America according to Niche. Also *cough cough* one of the richest cities in Texas where we have students in high school who drive BMWs and Mercedez to school and whose mom and dad are CEOS, Business Owners, Lawyers, and Doctors. Not only is it the best city to live in with great people, but they also have the best food as well. So today I give you my favorite restaurants in the Woodlands!

1. The Olive Oil Restaurant

Address373 Sawdust Rd, Spring, TX 77380

Price: $$

If you are looking for the best greek food in the Woodlands/Spring, you need to go out NOW and head over to the Olive Oil Restaurant. This place has the most authentic Greek food that makes me wish that I had a greek family because I could eat greek food every day. Try their Zeus Platter (which has a little bit of everything), Gyro Sandwiches, Saganaki, and leave room for their most signature dessert, Baklava.

2. Mi Rancho

Address19189 I-45, Shenandoah, TX 77385

Price$$

This is a weekly restaurant me and my friends go too on the weekends because the portions are CRAZY HUGE and they also have the best chips and green salsa. This is probably my favorite mexican restaurant place in Conroe/Woodlands. When you go here you should defintely try their Chicken Pechuga which is massive, Tacos al Carbon, Cheese Quasedilla, and last but not least, their savory fajitas.

3. Fukuda

Address25701 Interstate 45 N, The Woodlands, TX 77380

Price$$

If you are looking for some great sushi and Japanese food in the Woodlands. Don’t head over to the Woodlands mall for that cheap food court mall. Head over to Fukuda during their happy hour (3:00 P.M – 7:00 P.M) and order their spicy udon noodles, ramen, fresh signature sushi, and sashimi. It’s so good, my grandma came over to visit and the last restaurant we took her to before she left was Fukuda and she couldn’t have been any happier.

4. Pizza Tonight

Address: 27190 Glen Loch Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77381

Price$$

If you are hungover or looking for the best mom-and-pop-owned pizza joint in the Woodlands that makes their dough from scratch, head over to Pizza Tonight where you can get fresh toppings such as pineapple, chicken, and their delicious sauteed onions and vegetables. It definitely beats out all of the pizza chains like Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa Johns.

5. The Republic Grille

Address4775 W Panther Creek Dr #490, The Woodlands, TX 77381

Price: $$

Please tell me you aren’t just drooling right now by looking at the photo above. This place has been talked about in most food groups and forums that I have been in, and now I know why. Their Chicken Fried Steak (Pictured Above) is to die for. Pair it with their signature side dish of Jalapeno Mac N Cheese and their gravy and you will have a food baby for the rest of the day.

  • Hey Austin,

Ummm…. It’s “Republic” not “Republican” Believe it or not, they even let Democrats like me eat there… lol

I don’t want to give out my email.

    • Oh my goodness thanks a lot for the save Rick haha! I just changed it. Just curious what is your favorite restaurant in the Woodlands? I need to try out some new restaurants and don’t like looking at reviews on yelp because usually its kind of overhyped.
